Description The Project Executive - Multifamily Renovation DC Metro will: Oversee execution of multiple renovation projects ranging from $10M-$20M Manage and mentor Project Managers across various job sites Act as the primary client-facing leader, handling relationships and major decisions Lead coordination between field teams, subcontractors, and leadership Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards Travel to job sites across NY, NJ, and occasionally DC as needed Support team growth by helping identify and recruit PMs and Superintendents Drive project strategy and problem-solve complex site and tenant challenges Profile The Project Executive - Multifamily Renovation DC Metro will have: 10-15+ years of construction experience at Senior PM or PX level Strong multifamily renovation experience (occupied preferred) Affordable housing or low-income multifamily experience is a strong plus Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously Client-facing, polished, and able to navigate sensitive tenant situations Strong tenure and career progression in prior roles Experience in multifamily, commercial occupied, or ground-up projects considered Job Offer The Project Executive - Multifamily Renovation DC Metro will receive: Top-tier compensation: $210K-$260K base + 20-25% bonus Step into a true Project Executive / Project Director-level role High visibility with direct access to ownership and executive leadership Clear runway to help build and lead a new DC market presence Strong pipeline of renovation work with consistent repeat clients MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
