JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for designing and planning the inner layout of the warehouse, ensuring optimized functioning of the warehouse and achieving maximum efficiency and space utilization.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develops warehouse design by planning layout, product flow, and product handling systems.
- Adopts lean concepts to streamline processes to achieve process flow efficiency.
- Plans for efficient operation, allowing access to products as well as segmenting different product types from each other.
QUALIFICATIONS
Professional Skills
- May influence others within the job area through an explanation of facts, policies, and practices.
- Proficient in computer-aided design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD).
Work Environment
- Works independently with general supervision.
