Job Description
LifeStance Health is seeking talented Adult Psychiatrists in the New Hyde Park, NY area to join their clinical team. This role offers a flexible, full-time outpatient schedule with no nights, hospital calls, or weekends. Psychiatrists will provide patient care with the flexibility of telemedicine and in-person options, supported by generous compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.

Compensation
- Generous 'above market' compensation with unlimited/uncapped earnings
- Sign-on bonus
- Additional compensation for collaboration with mid-levels (optional)
- Above market compensation-Range from $300,000 to $390,000- compensation model based on productivity
- Cash based incentive plan

Requirements
- Fully licensed in one or more US states
- BE/BC
- Unencumbered DEA
