D. Shift Schedule Details & Shift Duration: 5 -8s , 4-10s, or 2-8s and 2-12 s Guaranteed Work Week = 36 hours
E. Is call required? No call, no weekends
F. Rotation: Monday - Friday
G. Coverage Dates asap pending credentialing

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum length of commitment: Full-time only strongly preferred; Will review PT candidates who are presented as a package deal
• Credentialing Timeframe: 6-8 weeks
• Temps Available? (Requirements for temps, timeframe): locums temps are available but will be the timeframe above. Possibility to credential faster.
• Life Certifications/Qualifications required: ACLS + BLS
• PA License ; Active License required
• Miscellaneous Information: PA Child Abuse requirement for license
