1st shift Shipping and Packaging Associate

ABR is seeking a 1 st shift Shipping & Packaging Associate for a company with a great culture in Wausau, WI. Hours are Monday - Friday, 6:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Starting wage is $17.00 per hour.

We are seeking a dependable Shipping & Packaging Associate to prepare, package, and move finished products in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include reading blueprints and measurements, operating hand tools and packaging equipment, inspecting materials, and ensuring products are packaged accurately and safely for shipment. Candidates should have basic math skills, strong attention to detail, good hand-eye coordination, and the ability to work independently while meeting production goals.

Qualified candidates must be able to stand and walk for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform frequent bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and twisting throughout the shift. Manufacturing experience and willingness to cross train in other departments are preferred.
