Experience must include: Architecting xIL (MIL/SIL/HIL) test automation frameworks with reusable abstractions for plant models, virtual ECUs, hardware I/O, and diagnostics; Tracetronic ECU-TEST + dSPACE XIL API automation with reusable sequences and automated result interpretation; Tracetronic TestGuide orchestration for large regression scheduling, monitoring, and reporting; AAOS validation plus AUTOSAR Classic and Adaptive configuration/integration/testing on Linux and QNX in one profile. Integrating model-based simulations and virtual ECUs into automated pipelines with deterministic execution across MIL/SIL/HIL; CI/CD designed for xIL pipelines, with container or VM runners, artifact and version management, and scalable execution; Troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and performance benchmarking across models, software, toolchains, and xIL; Automotive networking and diagnostics spanning CAN, LIN, Automotive Ethernet, UDS, XCP, ECU flashing, DAQ/measurement, and real-time or timing analysis.
