Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday Schedule
21hrs per week covering 2 separate sites
MUST have 3yrs Primary care experience and 2yrs of Workers Comp
Suture, small mole removal and skin biopsies procedures
Mileage only
REQUIREMENTS:
OH State License
DEA
BLS
