Wire Harness Assembler

We are seeking an experienced Wire Harness Assembly Technician to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will have previous hands-on experience assembling wire harnesses and be comfortable working with precision measuring tools. Attention to detail and the ability to follow detailed work instructions are essential.

1st shift 8am-4:30pm

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Assemble wire harnesses according to work instructions, drawings, and specifications.
• Cut, strip, crimp, terminate, route, and secure wires and cables.
• Read and follow wiring diagrams, blueprints, and assembly instructions.
• Inspect completed assemblies for accuracy, quality, and proper connections.
• Use digital and dial calipers to take accurate measurements.
• Use tape measures and other measuring tools as required.
• Identify and correct assembly or measurement issues.

Required Qualifications

• Previous wire harness assembly experience is required.
• Experience using digital calipers and dial calipers is required.
• Experience using tape measures and other basic measuring tools.
• Ability to read and understand work instructions, drawings, and measurements.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good hand dexterity and ability to perform repetitive assembly tasks.
