Member Experience and Studio Sales at Restore Hyper Wellness Seminole Why Restore Seminole? Our Seminole members arrive curious, health-invested, and ready to go deep. They've researched HBOT, NR, and IV therapy before they walk in the door. They want to understand the science, they want to feel results, and when they do they stay. Your job is to meet them at that level: ask the right questions, match them to the right protocol, and build the kind of trust that turns a first session into a two-year membership. This is a front-of-house role with real sales responsibility. On busy days you're guiding members through their wellness journey and converting walk-ins. On slower days you're following up with leads, re-engaging lapsed members, and bringing people through the door. You're never just sitting at a desk. What you'll do

Hit weekly and monthly benchmarks for new memberships, renewals, and consultations

Who thrives here You're the person clients ask for by name. You remember what they came in for on Day 1 and you're following up on it at Day 30. When the studio is quiet you're already on the phone. You've worked somewhere that expected you to sell, and you were good at it because people could tell you actually believed in what you were recommending. A note on our application We include a few short questions so we can get to know you before we reach out. Most people answer in 35 sentences. There are no trick questions we just want to hear how you think.
