Welding Supervisor

The Welding Supervisor will oversee a medium-sized team of 6-15 welders, ensuring safe and efficient welding operations across manufacturing, construction, and custom fabrication projects. This role demands expertise in MIG, TIG, Stick, and Flux-cored Arc welding processes, with a strong focus on maintaining quality standards, coordinating schedules, and managing equipment maintenance. The supervisor will report directly to the Production Manager and is expected to maintain strict safety compliance throughout all activities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and standards
• Maintain high-quality control in welding operations
• Coordinate team schedules and workflow efficiently
• Oversee regular maintenance of welding equipment

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in welding supervision
• Welding Certification (e.g., AWS)
• Proficient in various welding techniques
• Skilled in blueprint reading
• Experience with equipment maintenance
