Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Welding Supervisor with 8-10 years of hands-on welding and fitting experience to lead shop operations. You will oversee fabrication, ensure quality control, and work on custom assemblies ranging from 5 to 10,000 lbs.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• Experience:8-10 years of proven welding, fitting, and supervisory/leadership experience.
• Welding Expertise: Mastery of MIG and TIG welding on steel, aluminum, and stainless steel (1/4" to 2" thickness).
• Blueprint Reading & Fitting: Advanced ability to read complex technical drawings and manage precise shop fitting.
• Material Handling & Safety: Certified/proficient in operating overhead cranes for heavy weldments up to 10,000 lbs.
• Equipment Operation: Ensure safe overhead crane usage for heavy material handling. Flip and rotate parts with the crane. Also, experience needed in rotating, flipping and securing parts so they are stable before welding.
