Welder Minimum 4 Years' Experience

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding on a variety of materials and components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols.
• Fabricate, assemble, and repair metal parts and structures according to specifications.
• Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
• Use hand tools, grinders, torches, and other fabrication equipment as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Work with production and engineering teams to meet deadlines and quality expectations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of welding experience preferred.
• Proficiency in MIG welding required; TIG and Stick welding experience is a plus.
• Ability to read blueprints and work from detailed drawings.
• Experience with fabrication and fitting is preferred.
• Knowledge of welding safety procedures and quality standards.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Welding certifications are a plus but not required.
