Welder Fitter

GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION: A Welder/Fitter is required to safely prepare various alloys for fabrication processing, welding, and fitting. The Welder/Fitter is an individual contributor that requires little or no supervisory assistance and possess working knowledge of welding and fabrication technology and applications. Additionally, the Welder/Fitter will lead and engage RVII to achieve all assigned manufacturing goals: Safety (no one gets hurt), Quality (free of defect), On-Time Delivery (meet customer delivery dates), Budget (at or below estimated hours) and People (develop & retain "hungry, humble and smart" leaders). EDUCATIONAL/PHYSICAL REQUIRMENTS Must be able to complete and pass a physical assessment Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation Formal training in Welding Technology or 3+ years of practical welding & fabrication experience Must be able to lift at least 50lbs and stand or sit for extended periods in an office and/or industrial environment R-V Industries, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
