Welder - 6G Pipe Certified (Required)

Sun Mechanical is currently seeking experienced Pipe Welders with years of commercial - fabrication construction experience and/or 6G certification.

Must be able to pass a "stick" SMAW/ASME 1X 6G Qualification test. With 6010 root pass, 7018 Hot pass and 7018 Cap.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Must have at least 8-10 years of Pipe Welding experience
• Must be able to pass a stick 6G pipe test with 6010 root and 7018 hot pass and cap.
• Must be able to perform basic math and read a tape measure.
• Pipe fitting experience is a plus.
• Other duties will be assigned as needed.
