The Opportunity Capstone is hiring Warehouse Material Handlers to unload and move restaurant supplies, including food products and dry goods, within a distribution center environment. This is a hands-on, physical warehouse position. Associates will manually unload freight by hand from trailers and work throughout the facility across multiple docks during the shift. No forklifts or warehouse equipment are used in this role. Products handled may be stored in: Freezer environments Cooler environments Ambient temperature warehouse areas What You'll Do Manually unload restaurant supplies from inbound trailers Handle food products, dry goods, and other warehouse materials Sort, stack, palletize, and organize freight Move product safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse Work across multiple dock areas as operational needs change Maintain a clean and safe work environment Complete other warehouse duties as assigned by site leadership Requirements Previous warehouse experience is highly preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 25-75 lbs regularly Comfortable working in freezer, cooler, and ambient temperature environments Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift Reliable transportation and a strong attendance record Dependable, hardworking, and safety-focused Must wear steel toe boots that cover the ankle (shoes are not permitted) No equipment experience required No forklift certification required Who Succeeds in This Role?
