We are hiring a dependable Night Shift Order Picker to support our warehouse operations. This role focuses exclusively on picking customer orders accurately and efficiently. Forklift experience is not required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick customer orders according to pick tickets or system instructions
- Verify product, quantity, and condition before staging orders
- Stage completed orders for loading
- Maintain accuracy and meet nightly productivity expectations
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Follow all warehouse safety and company policies
Requirements:
- Warehouse or order picking experience preferred (not required)
- Ability to work night shift consistently
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Forklift experience not required
- This position requires compliance with company safety policies, including a pre-employment drug screening.
