Warehouse Assistant

Warehouse Assistant:

- Assist in receiving, storing, and organizing incoming goods and materials.

- Perform accurate inventory counts and maintain inventory records.

- Prepare orders for shipment and ensure timely delivery.

- Assist in packaging, labeling, and arranging products in the warehouse.

- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.

- Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks, following safety guidelines.

- Assist in conducting regular inventory audits and cycle counts.

- Collaborate with warehouse team members to fulfill customer orders efficiently.

- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

- Assist in loading and unloading trucks or containers as needed.

- Report any inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, or safety concerns to the Warehouse Manager.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics role is preferred.

- Familiarity with warehouse operations and procedures.

- Basic computer skills for inventory management and documentation.

- Ability to lift and move heavy objects, up to X pounds.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory counts and order processing.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

- Willingness to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.

- Forklift certification is a plus.

- Bilingual (English and Spanish).
