Excellent medical, dental and vision insurance covered for the employee Competitive base salary and bonus structure Paid time off and holidays Local office in Austin, TX Career growth opportunities within a rapidly growing company and booming industry Job Details What You'll Do: Own Core Business Platforms Lead strategy and optimization for Salesforce, NetSuite, Rippling, and other key systems Ensure platforms are aligned to support end-to-end business workflows Continuously improve system utilization and effectiveness Drive Workflow & Process Optimization Design and implement scalable workflows across functions Identify and eliminate manual processes through automation Align systems to support how the business operates and scales Connect platform decisions directly to business outcomes, including efficiency, speed, and margin Lead Data & Intelligence Layer Own data structure, reporting, and visibility across platforms Ensure leadership has access to accurate, timely, and actionable insights Partner with teams to define key metrics and dashboards Own AI Platform (Post-Launch) Take ownership of the AI intelligence platform after launch Embed AI capabilities into workflows across the organization Identify new use cases and opportunities to drive efficiency and impact Partner Across the Business Work closely with functional leaders to identify opportunities to improve how the business runs Translate business needs into scalable system capabilities and solutions Act as a key partner in driving scale without increasing headcount Requirements: 12+ years of experience across platforms, systems, or operations Must be local to Austin and be able to work in-office Deep experience with enterprise systems (Salesforce, NetSuite, HRIS, etc.) Strong understanding of end-to-end business workflows Experience driving system optimization and platform transformation Experience with data, reporting, or AI-enabled systems preferred Creative problem solver with the ability to take ambiguous business challenges, bring structure, and drive scalable solutions Strong operator with a bias toward action Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills What Success Looks Like: Systems are fully utilized and aligned to business workflows Reduction in manual processes and operational friction Strong data visibility and decision-making across the organization AI platform is embedded into workflows and driving measurable impact Scalable operations without proportional headcount growth Interested in hearing more?
