Job Description
Upside Wynwood is looking for outgoing, professional, and motivated Bottle & Cocktail Servers to join our team. Were seeking individuals who thrive in a fast-paced nightlife environment and take pride in providing exceptional service to VIP guests.
Responsibilities
Provide professional VIP table and bottle service.
Serve cocktails, beer, wine, and food accurately and efficiently.
Deliver friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable guest service.
Create an elevated and memorable experience for guests.
Anticipate guest needs and respond quickly to requests.
Maintain clean and organized tables and service areas.
Maintain strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and menu items.
Communicate effectively with hosts, bartenders, servers, and management.
Work efficiently while maintaining a positive and professional attitude during high-volume shifts.
Qualifications
No Previous experience needed in bottle service.
Knowledge of classic cocktails and basic mixology.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.
Confident, personable, and guest-focused.
Professional appearance and attitude.
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Compensation & Schedule
$20 $60 per hour, based on experience, tips, and performance.
Expected hours: Approximately 20 hours per week.
