Vehicle Operations Associate 2 - 3RD Shift

Our client, an autonomous vehicle technology company, is seeking a Mission Readiness Associate 2 to join their team. As a Mission Readiness Associate 2, you will be part of the Mission Readiness Department supporting Fleet Operations and Vehicle Readiness Teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a safety-first mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Vehicle Operations Associate 2 - 3RD Shift

Location: Miami, FL 33137

Pay Range: $29 per hour

SHIFT: 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:30AM - Tuesday - Saturday

What's the Job?

• Support daily fleet operations and vehicle readiness activities.
• Perform vehicle cleaning, charging, and mission preparation procedures.
• Execute software bring-up, verify configurations, and escalate issues as needed.
• Provide logistical support for vehicle and equipment movement, storage, and inventory.
• Assist with documentation, spare parts readiness, and incident response activities.

What's Needed?

• 2-4 years of work experience.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check, MVR check, and drug screen.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills in a team environment.
