  • Top pay based on experience and work history

  • Perform work listed on repair orders efficiently and according to dealership and Honda factory standards
  • Conduct routine inspections and maintenance
  • Test-drive vehicles and diagnose systems using specialty diagnostic tools and equipment
  • Execute full automotive troubleshooting and testing
  • Diagnose, maintain, and repair systems including:
    • Engine
    • Transmission
    • Electrical
    • Steering
    • Suspension
    • Brakes
    • Air conditioning
  • Communicate clearly with the Service Advisor regarding additional service needs and time estimates
  • Carry out warranty repairs following manufacturer xibtplm specifications
  • Strong ability to diagnose issues quickly
  • Solid knowledge of automotive systems
  • Effective analytical and communication skills
  • Proficient reading, computer, and math skills
  • Ability to learn new technology, repair procedures, and specs
  • Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Technical degree preferred
  • ASE certifications preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Comfortable working in a fastpaced environment
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Positive, friendly attitude
