Position: US - Staffing - IT Help Desk Agent Location: Portsmouth, New Hampshire and Plano TX Duration: Contract Job ID: LMJP Job Overview: We are seeking up to 10 IT Help Desk Agents to join our team on a contract basis. This role involves providing technical support and assistance to end-users, ensuring smooth IT operations. The position offers a hybrid work model with some in-office presence required for specific shifts, while off-hours shifts are fully remote. Candidates must live within 50 miles of the Portsmouth, NH office and be willing to commute as needed. A strong, stable internet connection is required, with the ability to connect via Ethernet. This is a 12-month contract with the potential to extend up to 24 months based on business needs and individual performance. Responsibilities: Provide IT support and troubleshooting for end-users. Participate in a mandatory 3-week instructor-led training program. Adhere to assigned shifts and maintain reliability and performance standards. Ensure compliance with hybrid work requirements, including in-office presence for certain shifts. Maintain a strong and stable internet connection for remote work.
