Sr. Expert, Global Value Stream

As a Senior Expert in the Global Value Stream team, you will be the hands-on owner of a defined process within the Food Safety and Quality vertical within HelloFresh's global supply chain. You will drive process definition, standardization, continuous improvement, and technology adoption across your capability domain - building the global template that every market executes against. This is a highly operational role that requires deep domain expertise, rigorous process discipline, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.

You will

  • Develop the foundational "to-be" end-to-end process design and global template for a defined supply chain domain.
  • Collaborate with process owners and leverage stakeholder input to define global process standards, SOPs, and KPIs, driving the harmonization required to achieve a single global benchmark.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert to technology teams, translating the "to-be" operational process design into clear, global system requirements for HelloFresh Supply Chain Tech and automation partners.
  • Lead domain-specific continuous improvement initiatives, utilizing lean methodologies and value stream mapping to identify waste and improve our process standards to achieve measurable performance improvements.
  • Partner with Data & Analytics teams to establish performance dashboards and collaborate with regional process owners to monitor process health, adherence, and quantify the impact of global harmonization.
  • Contribute to the definition of department OKRs, taking accountability for the successful delivery of process harmonization and capability roadmaps within your defined domain.

You have

  • 5-8 years of experience in supply chain, operations, warehousing, or manufacturing environments.
  • Demonstrated expertise in at least one supply chain functional domain (e.g., inbound, production planning, fulfillment, or FSQA).
  • Strong proficiency with lean principles, process engineering, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Kaizen, Six Sigma, or similar).
  • Hands-on experience with WMS, WES, or WCS systems and operational technology.
  • A proven track record of influencing cross-functional teams and deploying process standards across multiple sites.
  • Experience building and maintaining SOPs, training programs, and governance frameworks.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to diagnose performance gaps and drive decisions.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%

You are

  • A rigorous process thinker who is equally comfortable on the warehouse floor and in a strategy session.
  • A builder at heart - energized by creating standards, training programs, and scalable frameworks from the ground up.
  • Disciplined and accountable, with the clarity to hold teams to a standard and the patience to coach until it is achieved.
  • A clear communicator who can translate complex operational problems into concise requirements for technology and business partners.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and effective at managing competing priorities across global time zones.
  • Passionate about continuous improvement and genuinely motivated by the idea of building once and deploying everywhere.

You will have

  • The opportunity to shape global operations at a leading food technology company with significant reach and impact.
  • A high-ownership, low-bureaucracy environment where your work is visible and your decisions matter.
  • An egoless, collaborative culture focused on learning, growth, and building something exceptional together.

You'll get

  • Competitive salary, 401K company match that vests immediately upon participation, & team bonus opportunities
  • Generous PTO and flexible attendance policy
  • Comprehensive health and wellness benefits with options at $0 monthly, effective first day of employment
  • Up to 85% discount on subscriptions to HelloFresh meal plans (HelloFresh, Green Chef, Everyplate, and Factor_)
  • Access to Employee Resource Groups that are open to all employees, including those pertaining to BIPOC, women, veterans, parents, and LGBTQ+
  • Inclusive, collaborative, and dynamic work environment within a fast-paced, mission-driven company that is disrupting the traditional food supply chain
