The Opportunity

• Provide physician leadership for an established and productive team of urologists
• Help shape the strategic direction and continued growth of the urology service line
• Partner with physician, clinical, and administrative leaders to strengthen alignment across the program
• Identify opportunities to enhance clinical quality, operational consistency, access, and patient care
• Participate in program development and the expansion of urologic services based on community and system needs
• Maintain an active clinical practice while serving in a meaningful physician leadership capacity
