Shift: Full-time coverage (Walk-In Hours: Mon Fri 7a 7p; Weekends/Holidays 8a 1p)
Start Date: February 1, 2026
End Date: Ongoing
Logistics Covered: Travel, & lodgings, and malpractice insurance
Location: Peach Street, Wisconsin Rapids, WI

Practice Setting:

• Outpatient Walk-In/ Urgent Care Clinic
• EMR System: Epic
• Patients Per Shift: 20+
• Beds in Department: 10
• Privileges Required: Yes (No temporary privileges available)
• Hospital Stroke Certification: Yes
• Supervision: Provider will supervise APPs (2 PAs/NPs)
• Support Staff: 3 RNs, 1 MA, 2 office staff

Practice Notes:

• Looking for 1.0 FTE physician coverage
• Multiple providers can be accepted
  Providers are expected to work full shifts plus documentation time

Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible (Minimum: BE)
• BLS Required
• Fellowship: Preferred
• No specific state license required to bid
• Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
• Must be able to work in a busy Walk-In/Urgent Care environment
