Job Summary (List Format): - Position: Backend Typescript Engineer (with Lead position also available) - Location: Hybrid (3 days onsite per week) in Plano, TX (Relocation accepted) - Employment Type: Contract - Compensation: Target $55/hr for Level 3, up to low $70s for Lead - Sponsorship: No H1B/CPT - Primary Skills: - Node.js (Backend focus) - Typescript (Backend and some frontend) - DynamoDB (Database) - Work Focus: - Heavily backend-focused (%) - Occasional frontend work (%) using React and Typescript - Short-term Responsibilities: - Technical discovery - Solution design - Laying foundation for future delivery and team scaling - Assessment: Ropes Test (behavioral and technical evaluation) - Client: Vanguard
