We are seeking an experienced Estate & Wealth Planning Paralegal to join our client's Charlotte, NC office. This position plays a key role in supporting attorneys with estate and trust administration, tax return preparation, and high-level client service for high-net-worth individuals.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft and prepare federal estate and gift tax returns, probate documents, estate accountings, and estate planning materials
Assist with estate and trust administration, including reviewing and organizing related documents
Prepare estate filings and related court documents
Schedule and participate in client meetings and conferences
Provide input and analysis to support strategic planning for client matters
Ensure compliance with ethical standards and firm protocols
Perform other duties and support special projects as assigned
Regular, in-person attendance required
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Prior experience in estate administration, including preparation of complex federal estate and gift tax returns
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks independently
Deep understanding of estate, trust, and tax-related legal documentation

Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
