About the Job

We're looking for a hands-on Truck Build Technician who knows diesel trucks, fabrication, and heavy-duty repair work.

This role is for someone who can build trucks from the ground up, not just turn wrenches. You'll be welding, fabricating, wiring, assembling, and troubleshooting heavy-duty trucks and custom builds that are built to work hard and last.

If you like shop work, problem solving, and seeing a finished truck roll out the door knowing you built it-this is it.

What You'll Do

• Fabricate, weld, cut, and assemble truck components based on build layouts and custom designs
• Read and work from blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Install chassis components, bumpers, lighting, hydraulic systems, and electrical systems
• Diagnose and repair diesel trucks (engine, transmission, steering, brakes, etc.)
• Perform routine maintenance: brakes, oil changes, alignment checks, and general service
• Work with 12V electrical systems, lighting, and truck accessories
• Support full build projects from start to finish with the team
• Keep accurate build notes, repair records, and parts tracking

What We're Looking For

• Diesel mechanic or heavy-duty truck experience
• Welding and fabrication skills (strong plus / highly preferred)
• Knowledge of hydraulics, air brakes, and truck systems
• Electrical/12V experience (lighting, accessories, wiring)
• Ability to read blueprints and follow build instructions
• Solid mechanical troubleshooting ability
• Reliable, hands-on worker who takes pride in quality work
