- Oversee the development and implementation of treatment programs.
- Lead and mentor a team of healthcare professionals.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations of patient needs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Monitor and analyze treatment effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.
- Manage budgetary and administrative responsibilities.
- Provide training and support to staff on treatment methodologies.
- Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., social work, psychology).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a treatment or clinical setting working with children with emotional disorders.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Valid license in the state of Texas.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of evidence-based treatment practices/ TBRI knowledge.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Passion for improving the lives of individuals in need.
- Must have one year experience in a residential setting.
- Negotiable, and based on experience.
