We are seeking a dedicated Traveling Federal Construction Superintendent to join our client's team and contribute to their expanding portfolio of federal projects.
The estimated pay range for this role is $110,000 - $130,000 per year based on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage construction projects ranging from $1 to $5 million, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Collaborate with project managers and site teams to coordinate daily operations and maintain project schedules.
Perform quality control and safety inspections, ensuring compliance with federal regulations and standards.
Utilize tools as necessary to assist in construction tasks and mentor team members on best practices.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent, with a proven track record of completing relevant projects.
Experience building SCIFs is a huge plus.
Current US Government Secret security clearance is preferred for consideration. Top Secret highly preferred. Must be able to obtain a clearance if not already held.
Experience working on Department of Defense (DOD) sites, with knowledge of clearance and badging processes.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel 100% of the time
Willingness to work with tools when necessary.
