In this role, you'll expand your resume through firsthand experience in up to three schools, working with varied age groups and caseloads, ensuring you're always challenged and supported. Minimum Qualifications:

  • Active Maryland SLP Licensure (hold or be eligible before start date)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; strong CFYs considered
  • Up-to-date images of licenses
  • Successful House Bill background check
  • At least one year of school-based experience preferred; will consider exceptional alternative experience or references

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve elementary and/or middle school students (caseloads max up to 57, starting smaller)
  • Commit to 35 hours per week (flexible schedule: minimum 3 days/week required)
  • Rotate between up to three schools (assignments will be tailored to convenience and preference)
  • Collaborate with teams, provide direct therapy, and contribute to IEP development
