Desired Qualifications:

  • Active OT license in North Carolina (or willingness to obtain)
  • School-based Occupational Therapy experience strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of K-12 student needs and interventions
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage caseloads efficiently and independently

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver occupational therapy services to a diverse group of K-12 students (approx. 50 on caseload)
  • Develop and implement individualized intervention plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student success
  • Maintain accurate, timely records and documentation as required by the school and state
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team efforts
