Key Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current SLP licensure or eligibility for licensure in Washington State
  • Previous experience in school-based settings preferred
  • Pediatric or early childhood experience highly valued
  • Comfortable working exclusively onsite
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
  • Must be available from August 31st, 2026 through June 15th, 2027
  • SLPAs not accepted for this role

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality speech and language services to preschool-aged students
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and school teams to support student success
  • Maintain accurate records and document student progress
  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and professional development
