Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Valley Park, Mississippi

Active Registered Respiratory Tech (RRT) license and 2+ years of in-patient hospital Respiratory Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Assignment Details:

• Schedule: 12-hour days, 7:00am - 7:30pm
• Alternating weekends required
• 13-week travel contract, start ASAP

Qualifications:

• Valid credential as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
• Minimum of one year acute care hospital experience
• Certified in BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP
• Willingness to work every other weekend
• Permanent address must be at least 50 miles from facility
• Enthusiasm for working within diverse clinical teams and adapting to new systems

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based respiratory therapy to a diverse inpatient population
• Assess, monitor, and respond to changes in patient respiratory status
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and allied health staff to provide comprehensive care
• Educate patients and families on respiratory procedures and equipment
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with department policies
