- Job Details
- IR technologist experienced in Angio and NIR.
- Equipment experience with Siemens, Philips, GE.
- Shift: 2-8s and 2-12s or 4-10s (days of week TBD).
- Potential for extra late coverage, weeknights and on call coverage preferred.
- Job Requirements
- Must have Massachusetts state licenses in Radiology on hand before start date.
- Schedule Information
- Shift: 07:00 - 17:30
- 2-8 hour shifts and 2-12 hour shifts or 4-10 hour shifts (days of week TBD).
- Potential for extra late coverage, weeknights and on call coverage preferred.
- Additional Details
- MGB Badge Photo required for onboarding.
- MMR vaccination or proof of immunity required for onboarding.
- Hepatitis B vaccination strongly preferred.
- TB test documentation required within 3 months of start date and updated if >6 month break.
- Health Statement signed by MD/DO/NP/PA required within 365 days of start date and updated if >6 month break.
- Tdap vaccine within 10 years preferred.
- MGB Criminal Background Check within 45 days prior to start date and updated if >6 month break.
- MGB Massachusetts CORI background check within 30 days prior to start date and updated if >6 month break.
- MGB Resume including past 7 years of work experience required for submission.
- 2 references within 4 years required for submission, minimum 1 supervisor or above in skillset.
- MGB Skills Checklist must be completed within 1 year of submission.
- MGB Confirmation of Assignment/POI Form required for onboarding and updates.
- Positive PPD requires negative chest x-ray documentation.
- MGB Education Verification required for onboarding.
- MGB SSN Trace required for onboarding.
- MGB National Sex Offender Check required within 30 days of start and updated annually.
- MGB Exclusion Checks required within 30 days of start and annually.
- MGB Name Change Documentation if applicable.
- MGB TB Symptom Survey if Positive PPD optional.
- MGB Candidate Submission Coversheet required for submission.
- Fit Test (N95) within 365 days to start date and updated annually.
- Respirator Medical Clearance Attestation required if fit test is required.
