- 40hr Interventional Radiology Technician- CVC
- 40 hour, 4 10's, oncall rotation
- Job Requirements
- MGB NWH Self-Study Orientation & Attestation required for onboarding
- BLS certification required for onboarding (AHA, Red Cross, CHSF or Military)
- License/Certificate Verification required within 30 days of start date; MA Conditional Licenses not accepted
- ARRT certification required for onboarding
- Fit Test (N95) within 365 days to start date and updated annually required for onboarding
- Respirator Medical Clearance (RMC) Attestation required if fit test is required
- MMR vaccination or proof of immunity required for onboarding
- TB Test documentation within 3 months of start date and updated if >6 month break required for onboarding
- Health Statement signed by MD/DO/NP/PA within 365 days of start date and updated if >6 month break required for onboarding
- MGB Criminal Background Check within 45 days prior to start date and updated if >6 month break required for onboarding
- MGB Massachusetts CORI background check within 30 days prior to start date and updated if >6 month break required for onboarding
- MGB Resume including past 7 years of work experience required for submission
- 2 references within 4 years of submission required for submission
- MGB Skills Checklist must be completed within 1 year of submission
- MGB Confirmation of Assignment/POI Form required for all initial assignments and extensions
- MGB Education Verification required for onboarding
- MGB SSN Trace required for onboarding
- MGB National Sex Offender Check ran within 30 days of start and updated annually required for onboarding
- MGB Exclusion Checks ran within 30 days of start and annually required for onboarding
- Schedule Information
- 40 hour work week
- 4 10-hour shifts
- Oncall rotation
- Shift: 07:00 - 15:30
- Additional Details
- No religious or medical exemptions allowed for Fit Test
- Fit Test updates can be done at Martha's Vineyard & Nantucket if traveler extends beyond original assignment
- Positive PPD requires negative chest x-ray documentation (optional)
- MGB Name Change Documentation optional if credential documentation does not match legal name
- MGB TB Symptom Survey (if Positive PPD) optional and must be completed prior to start and updated annually
- MGB Candidate Submission Coversheet required for submission to initial assignment and new facility
