EEG or CLTM registry required and BLS

Skills: ADDITIONAL EXPERIENCE AND/OR QUALIFICATIONS:Computer skills required. Demonstrated leadership abilities including above average communication skills (verbal and written). Support patients in the Epilepsy Monitoring Unit as well as patients in other inpatient settings. Must be able to adapt rapidly and work independently. Competency in neurodiagnostic procedural testing is essential, including electrode application for adult?and?pediatric?EEGs using the standard 10-20 or 10-10 systems. Additional?duties include monitoring and?maintaining?EEG recordings for surgical, adult, and pediatric patients, responding to seizures, troubleshooting equipment,?assisting?with SPECT injections, and providing shift reports on relevant patient information. Acting as a liaison between nurses and physicians, the EEG Technologist ensures effective communication and collaboration to support patient care
