Job Summary and Qualifications

As a Registered Nurse, your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional, patient-centered care in accordance with departmental requirements and state-specific standards. You will collaborate with medical professionals and the care team to provide personalized, comprehensive, and compassionate care, adhering to established nursing models such as 'Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage.' Additionally, you will serve as an advocate for patients, families, and caregivers, embodying our organization's vision, mission, and values to ensure an outstanding patient experience and positive clinical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate the patient's condition upon admission and during each scheduled shift, promptly identifying and reporting any changes in their status.
  • Carry out procedures, monitoring, or other tasks as directed by medical providers, ensuring thorough and timely documentation of care in the patient's medical record.
  • Administer prescribed medications, monitor patients for therapeutic responses, and take appropriate actions in case of adverse reactions.
  • Deliver exceptional care by responding swiftly to patient requests, proactively anticipating their needs, and addressing them effectively.
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers about the patient's medical condition, treatment plan, medications, potential side effects, and follow-up measures, ensuring clarity by simplifying complex medical terminology.
Qualifications Required:
  • Registered Nurse
  • Associate Degree
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support or CPR certification must be obtained within 30 days of starting employment.

No travel is required for this position.

No prior experience is necessary.
