Transportation Management Specialist- Power BI, SAP

Position Summary: Supports the transportation service provider to ensure they meet all key performance indicators (KPIs) and serves as a point of contact to assist in resolving any issues related to the targets being achieved. Leads and steers projets related to the provider and demonstrates the ability to create and utilize escalation processes to ensure support and accountability of the transportation service provider.

Experience:

• 5+ years professional experience managing logistics service provider/supplier contract compliance and/or supply chain management experience.

• 3+ years of Project Management experience.

• Advanced Microsoft Office Skills to include Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as proved through business application.

• 5+ years proven problem solving skills.

• 3+ years of conduction predictive analytics or statistical risk analysis.

• 3+ years of transportation scheduling.

• 3+ years of communication skills (oral and written) as proven through business application.

Strong Excel skills, including experience with pivot tables and macros. PowerPoint

Experience with Power BI for KPI tracking, reporting, and data analysis.

-Support the department's budgeting and forecasting processes.
-Compile and analyze operational data to calculate departmental needs and daily costs.
-Prepare and submit budget-related information and forecasts.
-Utilize Excel extensively for budgeting, reporting, and analysis.
-While some SAP training may be provided, the role will primarily focus on Excel-based reporting and financial analysis.
