Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of transactional tax experience.

• Strong academic credentials and excellent communication, analytical, and writing skills.

• Admission to practice in California (or eligibility to waive in) preferred.

• Candidates should align with the firm's 2nd to 5th year associate class range.

Compensation:
This position is paid according to the Cravath scale.
