Location: Chicago, IL (2-3 days/week onsite) Duration: 6+ Months with opportunity with possible extension Interview Process: Request design examples ahead of round 1 (portfolio/website/etc.)Two rounds of virtual interviews: 1st - 45 minutes; 2nd - 30 minutes. Please note that most of the candidates have not been able to demonstrate the ability to drive the ADDIE process throughout an instructional design project end-to-end. What we are looking for regarding the ADDIE process: Analysis - They should demonstrate the ability to effectively and efficiently gather information while ensuring all stakeholders/SMEs are included Design - They effectively drive process and structure around how they receive and incorporate feedback into design, demonstrating effective collaboration Development - They should demonstrate their ID expertise & including what tools they leverage and are proficient in (we are looking for Articulate 360 experience) Implement & Evaluate - They should demonstrate their considerations on how they ensure a learning solution is successful and how they measure that success. Top Must-Have Skillsets: Instructional design + ADDIE - can build across modalities (eLearning, ILT, microlearning, job aids) and make smart modality choices, not just execute Articulate 360 / Rise proficiency - the core authoring toolkit LMS fluency - experience publishing to and managing content in an LMS (Cornerstone preferred) Project management / stakeholder management - can juggle multiple workstreams, manage SMEs, and hit deadlines independently Data / measurement - tracks learning metrics, uses feedback loops, can evaluate program effectiveness (Qualtrics or similar)
