One of our clients, a growing metal stamping and assembly company, is seeking a skilled Tool & Die Technician to support tool repair, die changeovers, and preventive maintenance. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and grow within an expanding organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain metal stamping dies

• Perform efficient die changeovers to support production schedules

• Maintain and execute preventive maintenance programs for tooling

• Repair and maintain stamping and assembly fixtures

• Collaborate with production and quality teams to resolve manufacturing issues

• Manage and organize inventory of tool components

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Qualifications

• Certified Tool & Die Maker (or equivalent hands-on experience)

• Minimum 3+ years of Tool & Die experience

• Ability to set up and operate tool room equipment (welders, lathes, mills, etc.)

• Proficiency in blueprint and CAD reading

• Experience with progressive and line dies

• Strong troubleshooting skills at the press level

• Experience with die sensors installation and troubleshooting

• Must have own tools
