What You ll Do:

• Conduct assessments of patients speech, language, and swallowing functions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including nurses, therapists, and physicians
• Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy plans as needed
• Document clinical notes and progress reports accurately
• Comply with facility policies, state and federal regulations
• Educate patients and families on therapy goals and progress

What You Need:

• Valid Missouri State License or eligibility for licensure
• Prior experience in Long Term Care or similar settings (preferred)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt to varying patient needs and facility protocols
