Pay & Benefits
Pay rate: $58.96 per hour

What You ll Do
Screen, evaluate, and rehabilitate patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders
Develop and implement individualized plans of care following all regulations and clinical best practices
Use standardized assessments and evidence-based interventions to support treatment goals
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly, documenting all clinical activities
Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and team members
Collaborate with health team members on patient progress, barriers, and treatment plans
Prepare comprehensive discharge summaries and maintain accurate electronic records
Participate in team meetings, trainings, and conferences as required
Support supervision of CFYs or student SLPs when needed
Adhere to ASHA and state licensure requirements, ethics, and professional standards
What You Need
Current ASHA Certification and State Licensure in Missouri
At least 1 year of relevant clinical experience preferred
Strong assessment and treatment skills for communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
