What You ll Do
  • Screen, evaluate, and treat patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans following regulatory and clinical standards
  • Utilize standardized assessments and evidence-based practices
  • Monitor patient progress and modify interventions as needed
  • Provide patient, family, and caregiver counseling on speech-related concerns
  • Coordinate with healthcare team members regarding patient care and outcomes
  • Document all services accurately in electronic medical records
  • Support and supervise CFY or Student Speech-Language Pathologists
  • Participate in team meetings, trainings, and compliance activities
What You Need
  • Active ASHA certification and state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
