What You ll Do
Screen, evaluate, and treat patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders
Develop and implement individualized care plans following regulatory and clinical standards
Utilize standardized assessments and evidence-based practices
Monitor patient progress and modify interventions as needed
Provide patient, family, and caregiver counseling on speech-related concerns
Coordinate with healthcare team members regarding patient care and outcomes
Document all services accurately in electronic medical records
Support and supervise CFY or Student Speech-Language Pathologists
Participate in team meetings, trainings, and compliance activities
What You Need
Active ASHA certification and state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
