Physical Therapist needed for home health setting in Cape Cod, MA!40 hours per week, M-F - Unpaid half hour Lunch Occasional Holidays Must have Crescendo Prior home visit experience required. Be able to Eval and PT care starts as well Bachelor of Science Degree or Masters Degree in Physical Therapy from an institution accredited by the Counsel on Medical Education of the American Medical Association and by the American Physical Therapy Association. Current PT license in Ma required. Current BLS certification required.
