What You ll Do:

• Perform thorough diagnostic evaluations to assess physical and cognitive abilities of patients
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with patient and family input
• Document patient progress accurately and timely in accordance with policies
• Participate in interdisciplinary patient care conferences and family meetings
• Educate and counsel patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge procedures
• Supervise and collaborate with Physical Therapy students, assistants, and volunteers
• Contribute to departmental programs, orientation, and performance improvement activities

What You Need:
Required:

• Current New Mexico Physical Therapist licensure
• BLS certification from American Heart Association
• Bachelor s, Master s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

Preferred:

• Experience in outpatient therapy (not mandatory)
