Required Qualifications
Physical Therapist, Outpatient
Experience: 1 year
Licenses: PT(Compact Accepted)
Certifications: BLS-AHA(Copy Needed); ACLS-AHA(Copy Needed)
SSN Required
DOB Required
References: 1 Reference in entire work history

Preferred Qualifications
One (1) year ultrasound experience is preferred.
Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy is preferred.
-Advanced Care Life Support (ACLS) endorsed by the American Heart Association preferred
