What You ll Do

• Manage a caseload independently across various patient types including IPR, acute, outpatient, and skilled nursing settings
• Provide therapy for patients with spinal cord injuries, TBI, strokes, amputees, and complex medical cases
• Assist patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, neuro diagnoses, and general orthopedic conditions
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
• Document patient progress using EMR systems such as Epic, Meditech Expanse, and WellSky
• Participate in departmental and site-specific orientation sessions
• Support patient rehabilitation goals through evidence-based therapy interventions

What You Need

• Required:
  • Current Louisiana PT license
  • Ability to independently manage a case load
  • Experience with complex and diverse patient populations
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Preferred:
  • BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications (if applicable)
  • Experience working with EMR systems detailed above
