What You ll Do

• Screen and evaluate patients with cognitive and/or ADL physical functioning disorders
• Develop and implement individualized care plans following regulatory and clinical standards
• Administer therapeutic interventions, including ADL retraining, exercises, modalities, and assistive device use
• Monitor patient progress, modify treatments, and document outcomes
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, caregivers, and healthcare team members
• Provide discharge summaries and detailed documentation in electronic health records
• Participate in patient care conferences, meetings, and training sessions
• Support and supervise occupational therapy assistants, aides, or students

What You Need

• Valid Occupational Therapist license (state of Missouri)
• Experience working in Long Term Care or similar settings preferred
• Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills
• Adherence to NBCOT/AOTA practice acts and ethical standards
